Amazon delivered next day. Generator was delivered undamaged in it's original box. Set-up was simple. I just added oil and gas. I have used the generator on three occasions (once for 14 hours straight) and it has performed flawlessly. A little louder than similiar Homda I have, but still pretty quiet. At less than half the price of the Honda, this generator is a very good value.
